Cons
Very political. Five (5) years of a great place to work survey with an average manager/leadership approval rating of 35%. They're plan to fix the issue is to hire an outside consultant on "leadership" every year. No company culture. Expectations are that you're available 24/7/365. Annual layoffs/firings in order to "realign the business."
