Dear friend,
thank you for your feedback and good points. Having our (former) employees saying that Spairliners is a "really nice company to work for" is an honor and we promise to make our best for more people to believe so.
We wish you all the best!
Really excellent atmosphere, very horizontal management (just 2 levels, C-level, Head-of, and the rest of the company) which makes it easy to talk to anyone and get your message across. Quite flexible.
Cons
High workload, but the industry is right now very impacted. Smaller company, so benefits not as good as bigger companies, but they are not bad.
