Pros
The food is good, the people for the most part are nice. Interesting decor. They update their systems. They tend to be flexible in schedule.
Cons
Wages do not go up much because it's a state based restaurant. Have an annoying list of questions you have to ask customers, Have to use names to call customers which leads to customer irritability when they have to repeat or spell it... or confusion when multiple customers use the same name.
