I can’t say enough good things about this company, and I kick myself for leaving them. The team, and the culture here are absolutely world class. Everyone is insanely kind and helpful, but not in the ‘drink the koolaid or else’ way. They’re early stage and still learning, but the leadership here are open to new ideas and want to help every employee grow their career.

It's energizing to be working with leadership and a team as talented, committed, and as capable as SparkPlug's. To be working towards a vision that you feel compelled to get behind is just incredible. The culture is amazing. It's one that promotes authenticity, hard work ethic, collaboration, support, diversity, celebration, and having fun!I go to work ready to roll and excited for what the day will bring. It's a fast paced environment but there is ample support to ensure success, and everyone on the team is ready and willing to jump in to help when necessary. The product is an undeniable tool that is intuitive, reliable, and is loved by all clients. It is evolving quickly and evolving at the pace of our customers needs. The market potential for SparkPlug is limitless and there are ample opportunities to support the organization to grow.
