Pros
-the colleagues working here are actually all very skilled and fast in what they do. -convenient location, near mrt. there is a lot of food places around as well. -hardly fires anyone, usually people quit before they get dismissed. -pay is decent and on time.
Cons
-grim work environment and lots of toxic politics. everyone is very passive aggressive with each other. -no overtime pay or bonus, No health benefit, or rewards for the employees. -is rare to get any credit for your work -it is true you can avoid coming on weekends if you can get your tasks done on time. but even if they didn't like the work you submitted they will call you back in on Saturday. -they want you to put your personal life aside and put work as priority. They will guilt trip you if you couldn't come back on weekend or had to take days off for personal things, pester you thru texts/calls etc, using the whole 'we are a team, it is your responsibility' as an excuse. -the CEO is very dishonest to both clients (lies about the actual capacity of the manpower, has gotten legal complications because of this.) and employees alike (no open communication with them about the crisis the company got into yet still expects them to push their work for him) -your skill and passion would become stagnant and regress in the long run unless you manage to autopilot.
