We are committed to providing a transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees, so I am disappointed that you consider your employment with Spatial Networks a negative experience. It's true that our company has some communication challenges. One could argue that all companies, regardless of size, tenure, or success struggle with this issue. As you know we have recently implemented several new strategies to increase cross-departmental communication. Those initiatives are still a work in progress but something that is crucial to the success of Spatial Networks moving forward. Our leadership team is spread across the country (and the globe at times) but we are meeting regularly to discuss implementing the right strategies to achieve our goals.
