- People get promoted based on whom they know and how long they have stayed in the company - Misconduct to employees are never addressed, instead they cover it up - Very short-term focused. Put a lot of emphasis on the “numbers” and the dollar value each employee bring to the company. Can just be their business model, but very dehumanizing.
