Yes, there is always work to do regarding both employees and guests in a business. As you know an expectation in business is that employees contribute to a positive work environment. Unfortunately, maintaining that environment isn't easy for everyone. Some employees may not excel in high levels of cleanliness but contribute other tangible strengths to the business. Some struggle with certain modalities; that's why we support them with online training, on the job training, outside coaching and peer coaching. Some take longer than others but we still invest in their careers. As you know we are always looking for ways to improve to ensure our team and clients have the best possible experience.
