Third, we are a growing and diversifying agency and change is both exhilarating and difficult. We need the leadership we have to help us reach our vision. If they don't always live up to expectations, they need to know, from you, what you need or nothing changes for you. We never want that. Finally, we model our pay and benefits after the 4As and rank in the top 20% of agencies our size when it comes to benefits (we check every year), and pay according to the the 4As salary survey taken every two years among 4As members. As you know, you can ask to see that survey for your job title -- we are happy to share. You are an employee owner of this agency.
