They do in-person events if you are close to their offices and they are usually nice, you get to see people and interact. 3. Remote work 4. Commissions and Bonuses which are good.

1. Low pay compared to other companies around. Big divide between leaders and middle managers/individual contributors. benefits are good. 2. Lots of Nepo hiring and promotions. They value hardwork but also hire too many of their own.
