Hectic work environment that lacks basic structure, unfortunate for a 35 year old company. Micro-managing CEO. Spectralink is a turnstile and employee retention causes lack of true progress. Unrealistic workload with a crippling amount of meetings. Silos between NA and EMEA branch of company. Lack luster pay and subpar benefits. General feel is that a lot of employees are concerned about decision making at higher levels. If you’re applying here ask a lot of questions before accepting a position.
