Pros
Many business units allow good learning. BUs operates independently with own flexibility to set working hours. Salary tag to host country to reflect local pay level.
Cons
Head of BUs are too engrossed with meeting P&L target forgetting social and welfare of employees. BUs with higher revenue gets to enjoy higher benefits caused some to feel un-equal welfare treatment
