Pros
Many good people to work with daily. Great global experience with international marketers and suppliers. Interesting consumer product categories. Nice work environment. Cafeteria and Work out facility on location. Name brand products.
Cons
Arrogant, secretive upper management style. I felt people were secondary to the business buying and selling of companies, although people were treated fairly. There was open communication with strategy within the business categories, but not with upper level strategy. History of weak marketing strategy, and dependence on large brick and mortar retail accounts.
