Pros
Spectrum has been a great place for me personally. The company has dealt with its share of issues since I started but to be fair, those issues are occurring everywhere else too. Shortages and insistence from customers are things you should expect. The difference with Spectrum is that they care about you as a person and they do a good job of making that clear when times are good and also when times are not so good. I didn’t have this previously which is why I left my last position and was sold on Spectrum. Its worth mentioning that I am encouraged to take on more and develop my skills as a sales person so I can propel my career forward. There is so much potential for this company and I am definitely interested to see how much more we can do as more issues are patched up. Go Spectrum!
