Pros
Great benefits package and nice people. Great employer if you're not in sales.
Cons
Sales in the call center are PER CALL This means wrong number? You still have to try to sell them a cell phone. Lots of elderly during the day and I found it to be a bit too predatory for my morals. You have to waste time on the calls with people that you can't even technically help to try to shmooze a sale out of them. Also when systems are down, you still take calls and it goes against your sales per call requirements. Found that to be unfair.
