Pros
None, since the acquisition by Charter Communications, the employee friendly atmosphere is out the door.
Cons
Charter came in and killed the employee morale. Employees can no longer: work from home, wear jeans or have flexible schedules. Charter is taking away the TWC pensions and reducing the 401k match from 6% to 3%. Employees do not know what they will take away next, it is a big secret.
