Pros
Good company and pretty lenient environment. No one bothers u much till the time u r performing and doing good. Lots and lots of learning opportunities for aspirants and u get to know a lot about new and advance IT technologies. Very nice place to work with good salary package. If you want to make your carrier in IT with learning new things everyday then join this organisation and stay happy always.
Cons
Less growth opportunities in terms of promotion as people don't leave this company easily. Onsite opportunities are almost none and at times u feel super pressure for learning new technologies and become confused/worried around further growth in ur carrier.
