Pros
You get to have a Job. They do have benefits, 401k and reduced cable and internet pricing for employees.
Cons
The same jobs don't pay the same. Clothing has gone from Casual to Business Casual. (Jeans to Slacks) VPN or Work from home jobs will soon be non-existent. (The company believes that if you cant work in the office, you should just not work here anymore. In this day in age, how does this work for anyone?) Company is reducing cost on basic IT services, Removing the screen share functionality, Moving remote administration functionality to the MSRA *Built in windows* application. (This does reduce cost, but it is by far the worst remote administration tool in existence)
