• Benefits • Good interview process • A lot of unutilized knowledge within supervisor team not being utilized so there is a strong potential to improve on culture and processes
Cons
• Unrealistic work expectations for leaders • Toxic work environment – high turnover due to it • Lack of collaborative effort to improve within leadership – more of a do as I say approach from mangers/directors. Supervisors end of being glorified representatives following orders
