      Wonderful coworkers, terrible management - Regional Support Specialist Spectrum Employee Review

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Many of them have suffered the Bright House, TWC, Charter merger, and understand just how much was taken away when that occurred. The pay is also fairly competitive.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Management is vindictive, the pressure is intolerable, intimidation is culture. The benefits are horrible.
