Pros
Decent salary and bene's At one time was Time Warner Cable
Cons
The Enterprise division is to be avoided at all costs! Just a couple reasons Revenue is the only thing cared about and they are obsessive about it. Communication between boundary partners is horrid Poorly trained people/management/teams all across the division Depending on your role -little to zero accountability, which leads to work being passed around to other groups. Finger pointing and passing the buck is an accepted practice Management focused on trivial things like whose in the office or WFH Speaking of WFH there's none. Your manager might be nice once and a while and let you but don't expect it even in bad weather. No jeans - ever! Total tone deaf response to the pandemic - they demanded people come in and when people went to the press they finally relented and let us come in bi weekly shifts. If you were one of those who came in (and not the ones who made an excuse) they were hassled about wearing masks and micro managed relentlessly. Total disconnect between Sr Management and the groups they manage. They literally sit 10 feet away from the floor but are miles away in terms having a feel for the pulse of the office. Which leads to.. Poor office morale. This has to be one of the worst environments I have ever worked in. No one there smiles or is actually happy to be in that place. Lots of eavesdroppers and complainers. Little to zero room for growth/advancement Total mismanagement from the top down makes working in that division unbearable for the most part
