Pros
The pay is pretty good compared to other jobs. It is a hybrid schedule so 3 days in office and 2 at home after training is completed. Hours are 7-4. They are flexible if you have an appointment scheduled.
Cons
You are heavily micromanaged by leadership above your actual boss. There are many deadlines so be prepared to be stressed before the 10 AM deadline. The pay raise per year is crap. They added so many more responsibilities on us to “standardize” the workflow and did not compensate us properly. The office environment is loud and upper management is constantly walking around to make sure everyone is on task. It’s a stressful job for no reason. It’s just advertisement but they take it to an extreme. You will have picky AEs who you handle accounts for who ask for a lot.
