Pros
The pay is pretty good for engineers and the work is so silo’d that many teams have excellent culture. 401k match is great. The buildings they insist you occupy are pretty nice.
Cons
Growth of any kind is nearly impossible right, it’s painfully white-collar corporate, male dominated leadership, etc. Performance reviews are only about weeding out the bad and not about rewarding good work (coming from someone with consistent excellent reviews). In office 4 days a week is so out of touch for a tech company of 2025. I would recommend this company for white men with no kids or partners who stays at home.
