Tries to keep employees during slow times. People working here for over ten years tend to be pretty tight. Quarterly bonuses are helpful.
Cons
Not very interested in maintaining short term employees. Start up wage scales are low. There is a constant rotation of faces for the people who have been at Spectrum under 10 years.
