Can talk the talk when taking over tender.
Cons
The are very management heavy. They do not like to listen to lower bands. Extremely unresponsive. No one to escalate issues to beyond a band 7/8. Cluster managers, will only communicate with other management, therefore bullying culture continues. Very investigation heavy. Will investigate the slightest issues, providing a lot of stress. Will not provide the workforce with the correct amount of staffing, to save money. Will not provide the training you need to carry out your role effectively - ultimately patients suffer. Do not follow through on promises. Absolute terrible company to work for. Never again!
