Pros
I have been here since 2012, it has grown a lot in size but still has a great atmosphere. The ethos of the company is extremely customer focused, based around building honest relationships.
I like that our team aren't your typical 'sales environment'. Everyone generally gets on and team building events are something we all look forward to. For example, on our 7th birthday we had a day out of the office doing Duck Herding, Archery, Human Table Football, Air Riffles, Segways and Inflatable Volleyball - it was such a laugh!
There is also a lot targeted at making you feel appreciated for doing a good job. It's not only by rewards but also the management of Spectrum.
Cons
A good review will always sound cheesy but I have nothing bad to say about this company. My previous suggestions have been taken on board, and often implemented within days.
