Pros
A paycheck is the only real 'pro' since they are letting people go and moving 90% of the positions to Alabama.
Cons
Steris Corp., the parent company, is not interested in the growth or life/work balance of their employees. Really nothing to keep a productive employee interested or happy aside from a bi-weekly pay check.
