Very innovative product taking on the big dogs of speech recognition Several hard working and passionate individuals Some good team level culture

Cons

Several people in very senior positions way over their head A lack of long term experience embedded in role Leadership fast becoming what can only be described as incompetent Company culture and values in word only

Thank you for your feedback, I'm pleased to see the hardworking team, and culture shining through. As a business we are focused on creating an environment that will allow people to do their best work, but also allows them to enjoy doing it. Being 'People First' (a core value) was recently highlighted in an engagement survey as a key factor for our people enjoying being part of Speechmatics. Sometimes, being we have employees around the globe, there are tough barriers for communicating in a timely manner... but, this is with most international b2b organizations.

Pros

It's great to get sell a world class product that WOWs people in every demo. The team is supportive of one another, NO POLITICS and fun. Unfortunately I'm remote so I only get to have fun vicariously as I see invites for all I'm missing. We actually listen to customers and work with them for success. It's a great place to learn knowing you'll be supported even if you make a mistake.

Cons

Like many companies our size, we are busy putting scalable processes in place to make us more efficient. Being remote, sometimes it's hard to stay up on what's happening in the office. These process improvements are doing a lot to make this better.
