We have a great tech team, who are really able to push some of the accuracy, even against some large competitors. We also have several C-suite members who are in it for the long haul and really understand our market, rather than just getting in people who don't know what they are talking about.

Tech can be a bit of a scary world with all the innovation, and this is true at Speechmatics as well.

We're really proud of our tech, and how we successfully compete with some big players despite our size - it shows the strength of our offering. I'm glad the capability of our leadership is shining through - we're excited to see our teams continue to thrive.
We're always working to improve internal communication. With the launch of our monthly Townhalls, and more recent Strategy roadshows - we're hoping to make sure everyone is connected, engaged and supportive of decisions and direction.

It's great to hear your thoughts, really pleased to hear our culture and the flexible working we offer are positives. We're working on better connecting global Speechmatics, and are extending the use of our employee engagement tools to better understand and connect our people around the world.
It's great to get sell a world class product that WOWs people in every demo. The team is supportive of one another, NO POLITICS and fun. Unfortunately I'm remote so I only get to have fun vicariously as I see invites for all I'm missing. We actually listen to customers and work with them for success. It's a great place to learn knowing you'll be supported even if you make a mistake.
Cons
Like many companies our size, we are busy putting scalable processes in place to make us more efficient. Being remote, sometimes it's hard to stay up on what's happening in the office. These process improvements are doing a lot to make this better.
