Pros
Lots of freedom to show initiative. Easy access to the CEO and management team, who will support initiatives that grow the business. The people are amazing and really skillful and always happy to share their knowledge.
Cons
The fast growth means we're always needing to add resources. There are some governance and process gaps. The budgeting process sometimes results in some surprising layoffs.
