Pros

Nice people and it's not a 24 hour location. 3rd shifts can be a nightmare, but no worries of that here.

Cons

Pay is only $8 per hour and I have substantial customer service experience with both SouthLand/7-11 and Wawa. My starting pay at Wawa was $10. I'm a disabled veteran and that alone is worth far more than $8. I won't be here long.

Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
