2yFirst and foremost, I want to thank you for the years of hard work you have shared with Sphere, and for being forward with your experience. We value the passion, integrity, and innovation of all our staff, and most important share a mutual respect for our employees.
Are we perfect, certainly not, however we are making decisions and putting in place strategies to help create a culture of learning, growth, and collaboration. We have made several changes to allow better work life balance, and while there are still time sensitive situations like all complex tech forward businesses, we greatly understand the need for personal time.
