Compete Lack of Focus - Director of Business Development SpiceX Employee Review

-An overall lack of structure/focus on a single topic from the CEO -Hires self starters, then fires them for not approaching tasks as they would. -Don't understand their own sales cycle because they literally haven't ever closed a new deal outside of a channel partner. -Product feels vastly outdated compared to the market. -User experience is horrible from a sales standpoint -Claim 'drag and drop' and 'frictionless' but things take weeks to deploy. -Visually looks like something from years ago. -Overall lack of communication outside of a scatter-brained bucket of ideas from CEO.
