I have never really seen anything against

In the months I have been at Spiible, I have felt very happy with my team. I haven't experienced such unity and collaboration in a long time. The hybrid work model strengthens the work-life balance, allowing me to get to know my colleagues better while also having time for personal activities. I have had the opportunity to create many processes from scratch, which is something not all companies allow you to do with such freedom.

There are many processes we need to organize, but as with everything, it requires a lot of patience to start seeing the changes (which is not really a con).
