Each department in the company is approachable and always willing to help do whatever it takes to push Spike forward. Employees have clear paths for growth at Spike, if willing to put the work in to obtain it.

As Spike grows rapidly, processes are still being refined. Once Spike has better systems in place for automation, this will no longer be considered a con.
