Pros
If you are a part of the departments that get to travel, it is a lot of fun visiting different places and meeting people at trade shows.
Cons
People keep leaving and more responsibilities get added to your plate, without increase in salary. The management isn't involved into your work and never ask you how you are doing. People leave weekly due to all the issues for the customers and problems don't get solved. New people keep coming into the office, not trained properly and therefore a huge headache. The products are amazing but its a revolving door of employees.
