Pros
I have spent most of my career in the toy business. 10 years in a similar size business as Spin and must say it is the best job I had. The pace is certainly fast, but it is the case to all toy business. I like to entrepreneur mindset mixed with the process oriented product development approach.
Cons
The product development process is not yet perfect. If you are not comfortable with evolution, it is probably the right place for you.
