Pros
Spin Master has great entry level opportunities for the motivated, hard working individuals. Work hard, Play hard. Well, that used to be true but now Spin Master is having some difficulties and has had several waves of lay-offs.
Cons
Management is very much a boys club and you will find women to be very scarce at the op. Pay is low. Perks are disappearing as company is in trouble. Work life balance is very bad, unless you are in sales: partners tend to change their minds on product at the last minute and leaves the team scrambling to meet deadlines.
