Horrible Management No trust in employees Poor compensation for hours worked This is one of, if not the, worst place I've ever worked. It's amazing how horrible it could be working at a place that's supposed to be full of fun and imagination. My manager literally told me I wasn't allowed to make a mistake, even though I had zero training. The head of our department ruled through fear. The thought of coming into work every day was horrible. This wasn't true for just my department, anyone I spoke to within the company felt the same way. There is little opportunity to move up within the company and they hate millennials for wanting to be treated fairly. Avoid at all costs. I read poor reviews before I took the job and didn't believe it, but believe it. This place is a nightmare of a workplace.
