Pros
Fast paced environment that permits one to learn a bit about each arm of the business.
Cons
Management is pulled in multiple directions and unable to set a clear path forward regarding a 5-10 year plan. Short term solutions illustrate a positive revenue result, however strong employees are being overworked and dropping like flies for better opportunities. Ultimately with lack of talent the company will once again be unsustainable.
