Pros
Some car allowance with a good work phone, and good product. Peer to peer assisting really builds co-worker relationships, and gets rid of having to work with management. Opportunity to make an extra $200 a year through incentives for just doing your job.
Cons
Get ready for surprises after joining. Pressure to sell, fake promises, no in store strategies. Not so much merchandising being done in the stores, you are forced to attempt to place orders every day and tell the stores to put their own product out. You really do feel pressured all the time to sell and that causes the stores to start to not like or trust you. Managers work from home in different cities and do not actually service stores, which leaves them uncoordinated and disorganized.
