Lower-level management is highly entitled and unprofessional, with little accountability or training. Communication is consistently unclear, reactive, and often contradictory. Employees are hired and fired abruptly, sometimes with little to no explanation, creating a constant sense of instability. High turnover appears normalized rather than addressed. Feedback is not constructive and expectations frequently change without warning.
