None, worst place I’ve ever worked.

It’s all cons. There is no direction at this company. Pay is low and there’s almost no chance to move up. Leadership is completely out of touch and the culture is all show, nothing real. Timesheets are treated like a strict 40-hour rule, so any extra work gets ignored while even a minute under 40 gets flagged. Layoffs happen randomly and stress is constant. Upper management wastes time on tools instead of fixing actual problems. Some decisions feel straight-up unethical. I could go on and on. Stay away from this place because they are going to run you into the ground.
