Technical work was interesting. People I worked with directly were competent.
Cons
- Every restructure reset everything and brought nothing but confusion and disruption before the next one arrived
- Plans and priorities were constantly abandoned because the people reorganizing things ignored the teams doing the actual work
- Each reshuffle made it harder to know which projects were alive or dead, forcing everyone to figure things out through guesswork
- The nonstop instability destroyed momentum, exhausted people, and left me spending more time adapting to new structures than building anything
- No one explained why any of it was happening, only announcing new reporting lines while people and projects suddenly vanished
