We are sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience as a part of our Team, as we truly value all of our amazing Team members who help us grow, learn, and reach exciting new milestones everyday. Our OKR framework and leadership development activities are designed to help us align on our most important work and then to develop the capabilities we need to deliver on it, helping us each to stretch into new challenges and grow professionally along the way. It's important that we get timely feedback on these initiatives to continuously improve them, and we also acknowledge that they aren't the right fit for everyone.
We do agree that our benefits package needed improvement, and we launched several new benefits and richer coverage in 2021. We definitely kept our summer Fridays, we love that extra time for fun in the nice weather, too!
