      - Friendly environment, most people in the warehouse will help you out if you're struggling - Permanent contract, no temp agencies are involved at all - Occasional socials paid for by company, for example Dinners out and Go-Karting - Potential of leaving early while still getting full pay (6:30 approx) - Company prefers promoting people internally than brining in external people to fill roles - You can buy the warehouse stock at a reduced price

      Cons

      - Long Hours, you'll be working in warehouse from 9am-7pm. - Early home time highly dependant on workload in afternoon - The warehouse itself is somewhat small for the company's ambitions

      Great group of individuals, rewarding promos in sales, not micromanaged but trusted to take care of your customers and build sales area when trained. Often given leads. Attainable targets and ability to increase salary in a growing company

      Not much job role progression apart from one position as department manager
