Pros
Development process is really solid. Good benefits, 3 weeks of actual PTO. Company has no problem with remote software engineers. Mostly work with new technologies, Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, React. I really like how developers get to showcase their work every two weeks to the entire engineering organization.
Cons
I'm not getting paid $10 million dollars per year.
