The management team appears to be unapproachable, and there seems to be a lack of active listening on their part. Additionally, some project managers have made questionable decisions. There is one project manager in particular who tends to dominate discussions, and despite their poor decisions, they continue to have influence. This may be because some managers are more concerned with protecting their own interests rather than addressing these issues.
How can an employee who started from scratch become a senior in less than five years only?! Seniority should be based on experience and consistent practices, not just time served and the support of others who protect you despite your mistakes: I am here for you. I will defend you. I will support you. I will look after you. I'll watch over you.
