Upper management is not diverse and are mostly caucasion men. Extremely lacking in people of color and members of the lgbt community. Progressive and feminist discourse discouraged. "Locker-room" talk and general offensive discourse frequent. Huge salary gaps between individuals in similar roles with no given explanation from management. Encouragement of dishonest behavior and "tattling" on one another for the interests of the company .
