Lack of learning from management / training, setting goals... Work quickly slowed down in the winter of 2016. Splash NW lost many big clients due to lack of efficiency and healthy communication between management and the clients.
In addition company parties got out of hand, drinking during work hours, extended long lunch breaks, and the most fearful sexual harassment.
In early 2017 Splash NW started layoffs. It didn't feel like a safe environment, not knowing if you will be laid off when Friday comes. Some employees left Splash NW on their own, while 65% have been laid off in the past year alone including one of the partners at Splash NW.
